  • Booking a meeting room is easy. Fill out the enquiry form with your details and a member of the Unity team will be in touch to make your booking.

  • Yes, Unity offers a variety of meeting room sizes to suit different needs. Whether you're hosting a small team meeting or a larger corporate event, we have the perfect space for you.

  • All our meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment, high-speed wifi, comfortable seating, and presentation tools. If you have specific requirements, please let us know at the time of booking.

  • Absolutely! Unity's meeting rooms are available for both members and non-members. Non-members can enquire using the enquiry form or contact our in-house team for assistance.

  • Yes, we offer a range of catering options to suit your meeting needs. From light snacks and beverages to full meal services, our on-site team can customise options to your preferences. Please specify your catering requirements when booking the room.

  • Yes, our on-site team is always ready to provide technical support. If you anticipate needing technical assistance, please mention it when booking so we can ensure support is readily available.

  • We understand plans can change. Cancellations made up to 4 working days before the booking are fully refundable. For cancellations made less than 4 days in advance, the full fee will still be payable.

  • Unfortunately, our meeting rooms are not available outside of office hours. Our team deserves a well-earned break too! We look forward to helping you during our regular hours where we can offer an exceptional service to you and your clients.

  • Some of our locations have parking facilities for meeting attendees. It's advisable to mention the need for parking when making your booking, as spaces are subject to availability.
