We understand plans can change. Cancellations made up to 4 working days before the booking are fully refundable. For cancellations made less than 4 days in advance, the full fee will still be payable.

Unfortunately, our meeting rooms are not available outside of office hours. Our team deserves a well-earned break too! We look forward to helping you during our regular hours where we can offer an exceptional service to you and your clients.
